The team wanted a broad overview of options on the table, as basis for its further strategic decisions.

Short term applicable measures in the schedules to improve network profitability.

Project Content:

Thorough profitability screening with new angles as they resulted from Schedule Consult's network specific evaluation methods.

Review of commercial and operational trade-offs that were at the basis of the running schedule.

Evaluation of various scenarios and options with management team, preliminary selection and fine tuning.

Results:

Sharper insight in route performances.

Fresh input to the network decision process, with a coherent package of potential cash saving measures.

Complete plan for future network development, fleet and company organization.

Project Content:

Thorough commercial analysis of market opportunities and company capabilities.

Elaboration of several scenarios in full detail, including schedules, O&D traffic estimations and cost projections.

Evaluation with all company disciplines and elaboration of the prefered scenario in a five-year phasing plan.

Results:

Complete implementation plan, including all requirements to fulfill the production needs of the plan in each phase.

Full approval by Company Management, Shareholders and Stakeholders.
