Adjustments in profitability evaluation methods to have a sharper view on the impact of network decisions.

New schedule for immediate implementation with the potential of significant improvements.

These include increased commercial opportunities, better efficiency and the possibility for more crew-friendly and efficient roster planning.

Better use of scarce crew resources in time of steep growth.

Project Content:

Review of crew planning practices.

Review of Flight Duty Regulations and the impact on efficiency.

Draft of new crew rotations.

Results:

Input for ongoing crew FDR negotiations.

Demonstration of the efficiency impact of new crew planning approach within the context of the current regulations.

Development of most efficient and crew friendly approach to incorporate important new business.
