Schedules already involve complex data by themselves, but the data flows around schedules concerning costs, revenues, restraints and performance are even more massive. TTM's Schedule Centre provides the full range of data management, discrepancy alerts, reports and crosscheckers required to safeguard schedule integrity and to make them transparent for everybody involved.

A first condition for fruitful analysis and evaluation is clear insight in the schedules and in proposed alternatives. Too often evaluations are incomplete due to insufficient information, or because it takes a lot of time to understand the implications of a proposed change.
