Luxair operates a mix of charter routes,
feeder routes for partners and smaller regional business routes. This brings about a number of
complex trade-offs and challenges.

Project content: Independent and comprehensive
calculation of effects on company results and their sensitivities. Included valuation of the
potential ava
ilability of extra seat capacity.
Result: Well prepared management decision to postpone the
introduction of new aircraft until the negotiations would produce a deal that had a more
distinctive positive effect on company results.
