Project objective: Selection of optimal aircraft types and
fleet composition to operate future schedules.
Project content: Application of Schedule Consult's
Fleet Type Mining tool on the production plan of the developed network plan. This identified the
financial impact of each available aircraft type on expected company profits. Operational and
commercial evaluation of aspects of candidate fleet types.
Result: Advice on fleet development, input for
negotiations in the form of detailed offset of optimal aircraft type against alternative types.
